The Tucson Japanese Language School, LLC was founded in August 2015 by two parents, Hitomi and Minami with help with other volunteer parents in hopes to provide immersive learning experience of Japanese language, culture and tradition
for their children and their peers.

“By 2030, Tucson Japanese School will be well known in Arizona as an organization that provides quality language and culture programs. Our program offerings will serve people at all levels of Japanese language and background which will be attainable by dedicated instructors and volunteers. By offering community outreach programs and collaborating with other Japanese community groups, our organization will foster friendship between Japan and Tucson, Arizona, and the U.S. and build a strong presence in the Tucson Community.“
Opportunity
Tucson Japanese School is seeking teachers, assistants, and volunteers who share a love for children and a passion for education. We are the only school that offers Japanese immersion language education to K-12 students in the Tucson area.
