“Our mission is to help Japanese and other students and families in Southen Arizona maintain and develop Japanese language skills, increase and deepen their understanding of the country of Japan, promote the importance of inclusion and multicultural understanding, and create a trusted school community through Japanese language and culture programs and events. ”
Our Vision
“By 2030, Tucson Japanese School will be well known in Arizona as an organization that provides quality language and culture programs. Our program offerings will serve people at all levels of Japanese language and background which will be attainable by dedicated instructors and volunteers. By offering community outreach programs and collaborating with other Japanese community groups, our organization will foster friendship between Japan and Tucson, Arizona, and the U.S. and build a strong presence in the Tucson Community.“
